I blame most of this wiki's underrated-ness on Mine Turtle.

"I am writing this because I take issue with some of Mine Turtle's beliefs. Let me begin by citing a range of examples from the public sphere. For starters, Mine Turtle is astonishingly evil. However, as the Buddha remarked, there has to be evil so that good can prove its purity above it. I'm sure that if the Buddha lived in modern times, though, he'd also comment on how Mine Turtle insists that he knows the “right” way to read Plato, Maimonides, and Machiavelli. Go home, Mine Turtle; you're drunk. Any sober person would realize that if I wanted to brainwash and manipulate a large segment of the population, I would convince them that Mine Turtle is the way, the truth, and the light. In fact, that's exactly what Mine Turtle does as part of his quest to trade facts for fantasy, truth for myths, academics for collective socialization, and individual thinking for group manipulation."
